Hit the baseline, or don't pay.
Most agencies sell promises. We put our fee on the line. For qualifying brands, if we don't hit the performance baseline we set together in your audit within 90 days, we refund 100% of our management fees. Here is exactly how it works, in plain English.
Who it's for
The Wolf Pact applies to qualifying brands: businesses doing $1M+ in annual revenue and spending $10K+/mo on paid media. That threshold exists because the guarantee only makes sense when there is enough revenue and spend for our work to move a real number.
How you qualify
Qualification is determined through your free audit. Before any engagement begins, we document the performance baseline and the specific KPI we're accountable to, in writing, so there's no ambiguity later about what "hitting the baseline" means. You'll know the exact target before you sign anything.
Your side of the pact
The guarantee assumes we're working with a real plan, not fighting it. To stay covered, you implement the recommendations we agree on within the timelines we agree on. If the strategy sits on a shelf, the baseline can't be fair to either of us.
What the refund covers
If we miss the baseline, we refund the Wolf of Conversions management fees you paid over the period, in full. It does not cover ad spend paid to the platforms (Meta, Google, and the rest) or any third-party costs. Those dollars leave for someone else's ledger, so they were never ours to guarantee.
The 90-day clock
The 90-day window starts at campaign launch, not the day you sign the contract. Onboarding, account access, creative production, and setup don't burn your guarantee window. The clock starts when the work goes live and can actually be measured.
The short version
We only offer this because we structure engagements to win. The Wolf Pact is not a gimmick. It's the natural result of setting an honest baseline, doing the work, and standing behind the outcome. If we don't deliver, you don't pay us to have tried.
