Who we are
Wolf of Conversions ("we," "us") is a performance marketing and fractional CMO consultancy. This policy explains what we collect on wolfofconversions.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact and lead forms: name, email, company, phone (optional), and message contents, processed through our own self-hosted form handler on our web server (no third-party form provider).
- Newsletter signups: your email address.
- Booking data: if you schedule a call, scheduling details are processed by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
- Analytics and advertising data: we use analytics tools and may use advertising pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) that collect device information, pages visited, and interactions via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver requested materials, schedule consultations, send marketing communications you've opted into, understand site performance, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
Data is shared only with the service providers named above as needed to operate this site, and where required by law. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Opting out of analytics/advertising cookies does not affect core site functionality.
Retention
Lead and contact data is retained while relevant to a business relationship or inquiry, then deleted upon request or when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@wolfofconversions.com. California residents: under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honor all such requests at hello@wolfofconversions.com.
Email preferences
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional replies to your direct inquiries are not marketing.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
